This yoga class is designed to help you build on the intensity of back bends and spinal movement and allow you to access the beautiful deep heart opener; Wheel Pose/Urdhva Dhanurasana.
It will open up your chest, unblock your heart space and allow your body to move into deeper back bends while conditioning the spine.
If your body isn't feeling ready for that intensity just yet, please take your time. Listen to your body. Allow the muscle memory to build and the spine to get used to the various back bends and then over time, you can play with entering the wheel pose, once you feel it is safe to do so.
Don't forget to have fun with this class and embrace the movement, flow and challenge. As always, let us know your feedback and which type of classes you would like more of.
