This full body flow is a new and much anticipated addition and we are so excited to be able to share it with you all!
This YogaLates class combines the fundamentals of yoga and mat pilates postures to build a fast-paced flow that will promote mobility, core strength, balance, and overall fitness in the body. Although we are only using our own body weight throughout, don’t let that fool you as you will be feeling the BURN after this one!
