Trust is one of the fundamental ideas of mindfulness. In today’s practice, I will guide you to consider building trust in yourself. When we have a big question or an important decision to make, many of us look outside of ourselves for the answers. We can believe that our thoughts and feelings have the power to guide and protect us, but it’s on us to listen to them. Your subconscious mind is the source of your hidden genius and will always provide you with the knowledge you need to move forward in the right direction. It is often when we surrender and let go of the things we cannot control in life, the universe steps in and opens the doors for us. When we offer up the trust to a higher power or source, things can flow more freely and effortlessly into our lives.
