This short Pilates series will be all standing using your on body weight to sculpt, strengthen and lenghten the core muscles in the legs, glutes and core.
Make sure you have a stable surface to hold onto to help stabilise the body in soome of the postures.
Although this is a short flow, it is full of fire and heat!!
