A very gentle and restorative style yoga to help prevent and ease symptoms of migraines. Stress and anxiety can manifest physically in the body bringing on severe headaches and migraines if left untreated. This is not the cause of all migraines of course, but building in a yoga and stress reducing practice to your routine can have incredible benefits both physically and mentally and help prevent and reduce the intensity of migraines.
